Saffron Barr Hand-Made Soaps

We are very proud to be able to bring you a wonderful new range of hand-made soaps. In keeping with a long tradition in New England, these soaps are made using the ‘cold process’ method, then allowed to cure for four weeks so they are mild and gentle on your skin, before hand finishing and wrapping. Glycerin, long known for its moisturising properties, is created naturally during this process. Unlike mass produced soaps, where the glycerine is usually removed and resold for other purposes, this hand-made soap retains all the naturally produced glycerine, making it both moisturising and cleansing for your skin. Using pure essential oils, the soaps are available in a range of wonderful - and natural - colours and fragrances (please make your choice below).
